Hi, I’m Allison Rosevelt, LMFT

I’m someone who deeply believes that relationships can feel good again, even when they’ve felt distant for a long time.

I’ve seen how easy it is for couples to slowly lose connection.

Life gets busy. Responsibilities take over. Conversations become about logistics instead of connection. And before you know it, you’re left wondering how things started to feel so far apart.

This work matters to me because I know how painful that disconnection can feel, and how meaningful it is when couples find their way back to each other.

There is something powerful about watching two people begin to understand each other in a new way, soften toward each other, and feel close again.

My Approach

In our work together, I focus on helping you understand what’s happening underneath the surface of your relationship.

Not just the arguments or communication struggles, but the emotional patterns, protective responses, and deeper needs that show up in those moments.

I integrate approaches like Intimacy from the Inside Out, Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method to support both insight and real change.

This means we don’t just talk about problems, we begin to understand them in a way that helps you respond differently.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Slow down and recognize patterns as they happen

  • Express what you’re feeling in a way your partner can hear

  • Understand your partner’s experience without it turning into conflict

  • Rebuild trust and emotional connection over time

The goal:

It’s helping you feel more connected, more understood, and more like a team.
